or grab a drink at the bar while we wait for everyone to arrive |

Listen
to the facilitator - he / she has done this before |

Sit
at a seat with the names of the opposite sex on the paper in front
of you |

Put
your name and the telephone number for your matches on the form |
|
|
Have
a scoring system eg what they do or what sport they play - you get
to speak to a lot of people on the night and without a scoring system
you will not remember who was who |

|
Guys
- move in the direction indicated by the facilitator to ensure the
night flows smoothly and you get to meet everyone |
|
|
Circle
those people you would like to catch up with (you don’t have
to marry them) |
|
|
Do
not ring Sunday or Monday and say I meant to circle so and so - too
late |
|
|
No
circles = no matches - No form handed in = no matches |
|
|
So,
at the end, please hand in your form with your choices circled within
½ hour of meeting everyone (you can still stay on as long as
you like) |
|
|
We
will no longer be waiting around for an hour and a half while people
decide to fill out their forms. It is a big job matching all of the
people on Sunday and sending the emails and telephoning on Monday |

you follow all of this, the night will go smoothly, you’ll enjoy
the night and maximise your chances |
